Bob Costas (NBC) gives an anti-gun rant during Dallas/ Philadelphia football game

UnderDog, I can agree with you about the fact, that people watch NFL football to watch football and Costas is certainly entitled to his opinion. If he wants to use his segment to make a political statement ...his choice..But he should have known in advance,that most of the audience ( whether they believe in his personal political opinion or not ) would disagree with him making an unexpected political statement during something they feel is their football entertainment time..

He also knew in advance how much time he had ...  about 80/90 seconds to communicate that message ..and the message was to blame the method ( a gun)..People who are watching a non-political program..don't tune in to a football game to be lectured on gun control ..wrong forum.

It's tooooo bad progressives don't watch Fox News,because Costas is appearing on the O’Reilly Factor this evening for damage control....

Costas will respond to the criticism in the interview with Bill O’Reilly...it won't be hard to distinguish between the two ..Costas will be the one with the laughable hair dye job .......

I'm glad Congress has time to deal with really important issues...

Costas also lives in a lilly white world which is why he thinks Jason Whitlock knows something about the "gun culture" (whatever that is).
