Your right he should have shut down the airline industry, started bombing the middle east, and search every middle eastern looking person in the U.S. until the 19 could be found and then when nothing happened you libs would have praised him.

Seriously, are you kidding me??  Where is the economy?  Where are the WMD???  Where have all the American job went?  That arrogant little GW Bush will soon be gone.  I cannot believe people can be SO brainwashed that they can't see through BUSH.  All he ever, cared about was the elite, and himself.  Anyone, who votes straight democrat or republican, is just an idiot, and does not deserve to be an American.  Seriously?  Every democrate is better than every republican, or vice-versa?  Wow, go to the middle east and study Islam....they would LOVE single, narrow minds like these.

This was MORE of a vote AGAINST Bush and his destructive policies (and history will show the WORST prez ever) than it was an O'bama victory.  I am an independent, but THANK GOD, we threw out many of the Bush Clones and speaking of bush clones, McCain.

The WTC was bombed weeks after Clintin took office. Never did he lay any blaim on Bush. Yet 9/11 happened months after w took office and it was his fault. I don't get it

Somebody doesn't know that the Clinton administration handed over to Bush a bi-partisan report that took over 2 years to compile, and Bush didn't read it. Don't believe me? It's in the 9/11 Commission report

It astonishes me that some right wingers sincerely think that the Bush Administration is unfairly blamed for their decisions and policies. It's just the Clintons and the attacks of the "liberal media"


95% of rational people will or eventually will realize that we have just endured the worst administration in the history of this country

I usually vote Democrat, but I don't always.  I voted for an Independent or the US House here in NV.  My reasoning was that both the Democrat and the Republican are known as corrupt, so I was not voting for either.

The Republican congress felt Clintons measures were too harsh. In 2001 those same people say he was too weak.

Read up on Clintons January 1993 Executive Order 12947 "Prohibiting Transactions With Terrorists Who Threaten To Disrupt the Middle East Peace Process" and the original anti-terrorism bill that the Republicans watered down.

I also do not have Clintons speech to the UN Sept 21 1998 where he outlined the threat of terrorism and the responsibilities of all nations

You will see Clinton was active, but his strict proposals got watered down by a Republican congress, a year after he presented it to them

   Al Gore delayed the transition team by 36 days and didn't even concede the race till Dec.13th ..........Pres. Bush had to use about a dozen staffers ,who were paid for by private funds and volunteers he couldn't put his staff in place in mid-Nov... .........due to Gore's legal delays.

Slim, yes anyone who votes simply because of the color of his skin is ignorant. Point blank. I already know how blacks vote. I'm from Phila. Purely a democratic city. Always preaching hope. Things only got worse. There's a saying that if the road you take in life not working right, take the scenic. For 20 years i've seen how blacks vote and their lives never changed for the better. Funny to me they never thought of going the other way. Everyone knows the majority of black votes goes democratic. They know how you think. Or don't think. Stop letting the T.V. think for you and for once in your pathetic lives use your brain. You'd be amazed what you would learn. If for once you think Obama will change your life, think again. Keep hoping. I see things in a whole different light. I actually use my brain. I see what you don't. I know the problems in this country and see them every day, every minute and it disturbs me that so many people, not just blacks, is totally oblivious to whats right before your eyes.

Yo I group up in L.A., and I know cats from all backrgrounds and whatnot... various peoples from diffferent socio-economic levels some of the most racist were people of color, no doubt.

This has been quite the election. As retired military I hope his advisors lead him in the right direction. As the father of bi-racial children i'm glad that they were old enough to see history. As a Virginia voter i was disappointed that all local tv covered was the  "it's not the color of his skin election" but each person generally said it's was the color of his skin that brought them out to vote. It is time for a change in america. It's been happening. Women will be president some day. I really didn't care for either running this year...but I will be supportive. It still my country until you take it from me. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo..........................
