Ultimate Bet up and running in Nevada

Was reading that cash games are running on Ultimate Bet but only in Nevada. Thats a really big step for U.S.residents, right? When do you guys think it will spread to other states especially California. I miss playing online tourneys!

I don't think it is, because Nevada is already a gambling state.
