Why push with that? You will only get called by hands containing overcards. Then its a luckfest. A raise gains you information. Your chipstack is not low enough to be desperate/greedy. Seat 2 has enough chips to call with that garbage.

Looking at Examples 2 & 3, it looks like he used Example 1 to take advantage of your tendency to push and not play post-flop poker. When you push, you are hoping that there is not a big hand against you. When you run into one, you are a huge dog.  Learn how to play after the flop, then you won't have to rely on luck to make your good hands hold up.
