thisguyiswise may be the best, very underrated on here, when he posts i play

estes very good... very good

gamehunter worth a read but plays a ton of games so tough if you tail to keep up, hes most knowledgeable bettor here

jjlocks got hot last year, only can speak on last year

hammer22 is pretty good

amd, target9, orangemen, pineapple, all consistently good year after year

a lot of good cappers here on this site u should never lose in baseball with most their insight

i try to play as many games/events as possible, so thruout the day i'm constantly adding picks, often right around wager deadline for that game...i know 1st hand that i will not not not waste my time betting on -125 or more constantly, cuz thats hard to do. totals are usually around -110 and so are team totals, if you like a team for the win, take their +money odds as well, which is usually Runlines and ALT runlines.

No matter what, GH is a decent read - lot of plays, but his methodology is sound.  I dont cap baseball, but if I choose to play a few games, I definately check his MLB picks thread for some advice...

With Matchbook no longer open to US bettors, it will be tough betting on baseball this year. I used them almost exclusively, and I think Gamehunter did ,too.
Game - I'd welcome your thoughts re losing Matchbook.

last year I followed estes, weeble, Mr. Z, Puck, Game Hunter and some others and look at guys who were hot.

I won a good chunk of change by looking at these 5-7 guys then I would make my plays if 3-4 of them were on the same team. If ONE was oppisite it was a no play. I want to keep track of this and see how it works.

When one of the cappers hit a cold streak i replaced them with someone who was hot but still had a good overall record but I always kept my on the one i droped. It was a long process but it made me money

GH has a reduced juice book that gets him prices quite similar to MB (as he has mentioned in his thread in the past - same book that enables him to play games first 5 innings only )

For this reason I don't expect him to be overly concerned.  Unfortunately one has to go to great lengths to have such an arrangement as Americans are not permitted to use this book (which is as the pinnacle of the sports betting industry).

Incidentally, I am not suggesting the lines will be AS GOOD, merely that there are similarities ... closer to MB than to the other books/Vegas etc.

wait why are people saying Gamehunter is a great capper to follow? that is very misleading from what i have seen.

unless I am completely mistaking him for someone else but he was absolutely terrible last year and basically played like 10 games a day

I almost forgot how much I miss the douchebags that make appearances on Covers. Thanks for reminding me. For the record, my 4 year total in MLB since joining Covers is +176 units at an average of 1.33 units per game. Last year was my only losing season. In 2009, I did do a nosedive the second half of the year but still showed a healthy profit of +20 units overall for the season.

Thanks for chiming in though. Your contribution at Covers in your 27 post history really has made Covers a better site for all of us.

the Buffet Gambler was the six ball over any living human.  I have
not seen him post in five years.  The guy hit so many games for
half a season it was unbelievable.  He must have hit 70%.
