Thanks Phillyfan for that link to Gamehunters write-up. First time I read that and it contained some good shit.

The problem with tailing someone is when they go on a losing streak, and we all do, then you feel like a real asshole b/c the picks you lost werent even your own.  I would much rather handicap a sport I'm planning on betting on and make my own plays.  This way, if and when I lose, I only have myself to blame.  Good luck though in whoever you chose to tail.

I agree that it is very tough to follow someone religiously.  These forums are great to get insight but I don't know of many cappers that post all of their plays well in advance and never add plays throughout the day.  Unless you are refreshing the site every 10 minutes, all day long, you may miss a play from the one you are tailing.  Now if they post it on Twitter, that makes it much easier but I don't believe any of the good cappers do that such as BigEast, Bodio, ManRam, Train, etc.. 

I'm not completely sure how the Friends option works but I don't believe it takes you directly to every single post made by a person.  I think it only shows you the thread that they started or posted in. 

I wish there was a feature that a capper could use to alert all "followers" that they posted a play but I don't know of any such thing. 

I wish you all  the best this MLB season and I will admit that I suck at capping MLB so will be looking to get insight from others.

This will never happen at covers IMO.  But, wouldn't it be nice to have button on someone's page like a "FOLLOW" button.  Then whenever they put in a play (say, on the contest page or whatever) you would get a text message/email.

I know there is another forum that has a points sportsbook.  It'd be pretty easy to code a feature that would check to see who was following a player and notify them that a play was put in.
