Last summer I admitted that I was approached by many tout services to join and turned then down. Then I admitted that one seemed interesting because they would donate my portion of the proceeds to a charity of my choice. i wouldn't earn a cent but a charity would. Call me naive, but it sounded interesting being able to rasie money for a charity of my choice rather than just listing my plays for free. I didn't know much about the tout busienss and it seems shady to me but this offer that was made seemed at least to me to be above board. I mentioned it here on Covers. I received a lot of feedback from people here that it was not a good idea and in my stubborness I said I was leanign towards doing it because it seemed like a good idea to raise money for a needy cause. Many people had asked me which causes I donated to and I mentioned one of my favorite children's charities not realizing you could mention a charity's website on Covers. For that I apologize, I was wrong and didn't know that wasn't allowed. So I debated a few posters here and asked why should I not accept something like that for a worthy cause and asked then maybe people should just donate to the cahirty anyway and I decided to stay at Covers. So now I am a pariah because of my thoguhts.
And to whichever moderator mentioned all the credible posters in this thread that presented evidence; not one bit of anything has been offered as evidence of anything and 99% of the people in this thread are far from credible.
Basically you are all admitting that you have me boxed for no real reason; because I entertained thoughts last summer of joining a totu service that said my portion of the proceeds would all go to charity and I turned it down and continued to post on Covers everyday.
At least let the other forum readers who are looking for a reason know the truth.

That's another area where we disagree. Taking a productive thread and throwing it into the Penalty Box so all the vulchers can rip you a new asshole and not get moderated is not the way to moderate a fourm. Locking the thread up or boxing the people that ruin the thread and disrupt the forum si the way to make the forum more productuve. Funny thing is I have been boxed three times. Once for asking that wimp Allbees who is no longer a moderator ofr asking him a question. Hell if I know, GH seems to have some problem with ignoring it. But either way, NONE of this was started by him. Yes, he did flirt with going tout, I understand that - but it never actually went through and he ended up justing posting back here. But, instead of putting that little, insignificant thing in the past, people like Helmut and Fish_Fuck had to come in and hijack his threads every day and get him riled up. After that, it was just a chain effect which got us here.
All I'm saying, is I don't think GH brought this upon himself. It was a complete overreaction by everyone who made a big deal about him attempting to go tout but never going through with it. He simply NEVER started shit with people. I think it's ridiculous everything happened like this and I cannot understand how I'm in the minority here.
