You will always win and lose - if you bet +ev every single time - luck will eventually even out and you will be left with the +ev you find - if you beat the market at 3% + ev - then as long as your don't burst your bank you will earn 3 USD every time you bet 100 USD no matter if you win or lose the bet - because at some point the variance will even out !!
This is not rocket science - this is literally how profitable gambling works
It is like poker - if I had AA every single time and you had a random hand - I would over time win - but it still loses 12% of the time to any random hand - as long as I could keep making that bet against you I would "win" even when I lost to you - because mathmatically it was an +ev move to make ! Sports gambling is the same - then it is just harder to calculate the +ev -- So you can kind of see it like you borrowing them money until luck eventually isn't a factor
Btw why was your joke about Philippine Pesos - just curious? Is it because your google search said that was a currency that wasn’t worth shit ? - Because Rial has been the currency with the lowest value my entire life time - and it isn’t like DKK is much more worth than Pesos - only 10 times ! So you went with a joke that neither hit the currency we use in my country nor the lowest valued one and the Philippines are closer to you than me - I just try to come to a conclusion how idiotic your comment was 
- but I do actually bet in euros - but I made the conversion for you ! I didn’t have much faith in your math abilities
