So woke Target thinks they're going to further try and redefine standards of female beauty. I don't THINK so. There wasn't a single attractive woman in that commercial and that was no accident.

Ask your girlfriend, wife, sister, whatever....what THEY think of fat slob female models. They don't like them either, because if the model looks bad, the clothes look bad.

Target is hardly alone in bowing to pressure from a very small vocal minority to feature women in their ads who are more "representative" of "real women." If they give in and present stomach-churning spots like the one we were subjected to tonight, they are applauded by the kind of people I don't think any of us would want to hang around with. If they don't, they are attacked by that same small vocal minority comprised mostly of self-hating women.  The result is a sharp decrease, not increase, in sales. And then we get more of it, WTF? Our country is becoming a laughingstock for a multitude of reasons and this is one of the most glaring.
