No it should be Umass +10 This system is all about fading those so called easy 2half middles.
Just think about it if someone actually played or liked ohio -23 for the game and at the half basically you can get Ohio at -13 for the game( score 20-17 and the line is ohio -10 so win by 13 to cover now) of course you will have alot of people pounding these lines so the system basically dictates to go the other way
