Russians soon to be banned from playing NHL

 

Going to happen says NHL radio and CNN is reporting congress next step is revoking all Russia Belarus student and work visas.

 

Which I completely agree. Communists need to wake up and realize they either want to live in our world or be against it. And there are no innocent people. The ones protesting protest everything Putin cause they did harm to them in the past.

Ovechkin should be banned as he is clearly a supporter and should not be part of any society of the west. And he lied to us all last week.

I don't agree with any of the bs going on over there and it is an absolute travesty. Makes me sick to my stomach to see innocent people gunned down

However, no way in hell is the NHL going to revoke visas for the Russian Hockey players. They will never come back to the NHL either if that happens. Gary is not an idiot to blame hockey players for some rogue arsehole . That doesn't hit Putin where it hurts either.

it wouldn't be the NHL. It will be the governments. Read USA Today on this topic 2hrs ago. USA representatives leaked that that is the next step.

Russians know its coming or could come. This is why Russian sports owners are selling their teams. Other Russians have walked away from positions all around the world volunteering due to the fact they have no choice.

Seeing Ovechkin and Malkin playing hockey during these times is disturbing and they are surely feeling the squeeze. They can't even send money home anymore. Its going to be a nightmare even for them to fly back to Russia or return back to North America in September for training camp. It will be easier on them to just step aside.

 The only way it is going to stop is some inside Russia figure out a way to kill Putin, and that likely will not happen. For sports teams in Russia, they are basically screwed. It will be a long time before they will compete in any events outside of Russia. Just a damn shame that one madman can have a major impact on so many counties. The real loser are the people of Ukraine and the average Russian citizen.

Amount Canada has imported from Russia in last few years is negligible.

No one knows the pressure these players are under at home.

Ukrainian President was taking bribes from NATO and letting NATO troops into Ukraine! Ukraine is a security threat to Russia, so of course they acted! They’re mostly blowing up bio laps in Ukraine that belong to the US! The first thing thats done in a invasion is they cut off all electricity, water etc. Ukrainian citizens  still have all of the above and are actually allowed to go to the grocery store etc..There are videos from Ukrainians that show empty cities that aren’t on fire or blown up saying their biggest threat is the thugs that took guns when Ukraine passed them out. NATO is what will be the NEW WORLD ORDER! Russia and Russians are being punished for not taking part in this agenda! Almost if not all the pics that the news is showing have been proven to be old from other tragic event! NATO is the enemy to that whole region! BUT of course sports always follow the agenda just like they did with BLM, George Floyd and even the guy that went for a knife and was shot by police! Russia/Russians aren’t the problem!

 Ummmmm if Biden wouldn’t have cut off the keystone pipeline we wouldn’t need their oil! Isn’t it funny that part of Russia’s sanctions were to have their oil pipelines shut down to destroy Russia’s economy, so if that’s the case when Biden shut down the keystone pipeline he knew it would destroy our economy! 

Ban Russian born players from playing a sport or a game. Thats going to far. The NHL has to tell Biden and Trudeau to mind there business. Politics and sports two different things. Sports we love Governments we hate.

Those demonizing Russia and supporting Ukraine like it's your child think Russia invaded Ukraine for what reason exactly? No reason at all? I don't agree with Russia's actions but don't think Ukraine is an innocent bystander in this. These two countries have been fighting for about a decade now. Maybe longer. More people died in that time than they are now. Where was your interest then?

The war is 100% about Putin wanting to bring back the USSR. 

All the talk on CNN and FOX is about relations cause its a big political issue. We are literally funding Putin's war and everyone in the USA is so stupid. Of all the wars like Iraq and Afghan (which all should have happened cause they removed a dictator) this war is the biggest and worst for America and Canada. If people dont realize how close we are to being involved you need to wake up and get educated.

Russia and China can just start picking off the west one by one cause they know Americans are ignorant thinking they are safe. They are too busy fighintg over masks and BLM nonsense and they have no money for WAR. 

So Russia will take advantage.
