this is bang on point, but I was at DMV this past Friday and I was there 1.5 hours and had to leave to go to work. Didn't even make it into the Q. 50+ others there for the 'real ID' or 'enhanced ID' since they waited so long. So not to sound brash but the narrative should be all people cant wait 3-4 hours at DMV to obtain anything. I was there to renew. There was every walk of life there today who waited till the last minute before they travel to get the 'real ID'

I can't relate. I got my real ID over a year ago. I travel often and couldn't mess around. I also made an appt and chose a DMV based on it being one of the least busy in the area.
