Where do parlay pushes LOSE other than parlay cards you pick up at the local bar.

NO offshore that I know of has parlays lose, they all have parlays reduce when pushes occur.

If your local has that rule, I suggest you scrape together enough cash to play offshore or switch locals

Incorrect once again.
Reason being you have a 50-50 shot of winning a sports bet. Pretty hard to find another wager with those type of odds, even if every game is totally fixed.
