Anyone who played any of those plays needs to question why they are playing with real money

Russell knows that IF he plays well in the last few games that MAYBE he can con an old man (Al Davis) out of more of his millions. Once the ink is on paper he will go back to being an over paid twinkie of a QB. Also, whenever Oakland plays AT Denver they have a chance of winning... check the history. What I find amazing is that I believe this is the THIRD +14 game this season that Oakland had won out right (SU) as BIG DOGS.

Houston has obviously begun doing other things beside thinking of football games. Maybe the players just want to go into the off season w/o any injuries. They still beat a lowly Rams team on the road, they just did not seem to care about how well they played.

Arizona got thier big lead then must have had locker room snacks at halftime that did not settle well. Again, it seemed that they knew they just wanted to win, did not HAVE to win, and wanted to avoid injuries.

Seattle was a little bit of a surprise to me since they usually play better at home, however from what I saw Tampa smelled blood and decided early that they wanted this game way more than the SheHawks did.

Something definelty does not smell right about the games this weekend.

Rather than accuse someone of "The Fix" I tend to believe that teams just played like SHIT for whatever resons. That is what smells. The Shit in these meaningless garbage games.

Yes any dog can cover on any given sunday, but its pretty strange when you have almost all the dogs covering.  This happens a few times a year.  Sit down and think about that for one minute, whats the odds of all these crappy teams all covering on the same day?  My guess the odds would be very very high.

The nfl is like watching a hollywood movie.  Its all about the billions boys and girls, remember that.

Fixed or influenced.  I watched the Packer/Steeler game.  No one that watched that game can't in their right mind say that the ref's didn't overly influence that game.  There were two challenges that should have been overturned that were not.  Blatant wrong calls.  Clock not running when it should.  Missed calls, the catch and fumble near the end of the game on Pitt that was ruled an incomplete pass.  They blew a whistle so fast on that play that even if it was overturned, GB would not have had a chance to return the ball.

I'm not saying games are fixed, but the ref's have too much influence on a game.  We all know that coaches, players, and ref's are betting just like the rest of us.  Shall we talk NBA?  Shall we talk Pete Rose?  It's just a matter of time till someone in the NFL gets caught.

Carolina beating Minnesota that couldnt have been more of a fix if you tried, I just find it so funny how they blame it on EJ Henderson not being their, and yet it was only last Sunday they dominated a very strong Bengals team without him.

    I love the fix angle.

From years of betting the fix tirade usally comes from young bettors that took it on the chin.

Do u know how many people would have to be involved for a fix ,do u realize that it is nearly impossible for a game at this level to be fixed?

Do u really think that if games were being fixed that the whole league would basically be in on it.?All those people involved and over all these years and games that are called fixed ,no one ever was caught?no one ever spilled there guts? What about the people outside the teams itself ,that you would need to fix a game,no one tells anyone?

Example Pitts \GB the public was on Pitts all week ,The packers are one of the sloppest most penilizes teams, there couch went for 2 when he shouldnt of

Minn\Panthers  On the road farve has been dogging it in December just like last year ,his age  and physical state catches up to him towards the end of the year . No big line changes in that game pretty much even betting on both teams.

Oak /Den always tight game .oak has been coming on a little latley and Denver  has been frauds all year , dont forget they lgot lucky in 2 games to start the year or they would of opened like the titans did..

Teams tha won yesterday were spoilers or must win games

To many games in all sports to bet on ,there is no reason why  a risk would be taken to fix games ,No one would risk shutting down sports gambling in this country by tring to fix a few games /NOT HAPPENING

1 ref can control the outcome of a game. back about 7 or so weeks all the fav were covering and the games were going over, that is not good news for vegas. They had 2 of the worst weeks in there history. You knew that was not going to last, all of a sudden the bad teams start playing good and the good teams play bad. Most games in the nfl are not fixed but to think they can not control the outcome of a game is crazy.I can show 2 games this year that the saints tanked the total and that is a fact.

I won the bet and it was fixed. Saints/Pats  under 57. NO missed a short FG and Pats pulled all starters with over 5 mins left. Final Score 38-17. It was beautiful.

man the people that say the NFl isnt fixed at all really kill me. it was just a few years ago that the NBA was found to have refs fixing games for the Mafia and for years college sports have been victims of point shaving and throwing games. but SOMEHOW the NFL is perfectly immune to this kind of thing?? come on guys. get real. the NFL is definitely being manipulated in some way. refs probably or sometimes players. it is happening and it sucks but as far as gambling goes. you still have a 50/50 chance. just dont fall for the trap games
