    @Calde13

     1. You are lying. You have not been told multiple times here that Americans hate homosexuals. Language like that would result in boxing, definitely for a conservative. No one has been boxed for saying such things. There are people here who don't agree with that lifestyle but none push hate.

    2. Again, you are lying. There aren't, at any given time, a "shit ton" of Americans trying to move to Europe for any given reason. Let alone because they are treated unfairly for their sexuality. That statement is both unfounded and wuite "Ludacris".

    Again, how old are you?

    Well both of them were actually pretty accurate - how old I was when I first thought WWE was kind of questionable ? Maybe 6 or 7 I think

    Don't mention the frogs - we don't want to scare the toddler - we want him to sleep

    As soon as I found out it was staged - because that is what takes it from a sport to this

    You're such a child. This is why you avoid a simple question like, "How old are you?' Neither statement is remotely accurate. You're full of shit on both counts. Again, we aren't children. We see right through you.

     You aren't smart. You're dimwitted and immature. You're a simpleton obsessed with projecting your homosexual tendencies onto anything associated with conservative Americans. Have you noticed most don't even humor you with a response? It's because the average American doesn't care as much as you clearly do.

    No but we are discussing WWE here (atleast I was) I am sorry if it rubbed you the wrong way I mentioned that thing about us in the first post - I swear to God it wasn’t meant as that  - but it being staged is the thing that takes it from being cool to being lame - I for real just thought it was hilarious that WWE has become such a massive deal in your country at least how it is portrayed to outside world - and you can also see we have now two or three threads in here honouring him - how many would we have if some random American MMA fighter died ?

    Don't mention the frogs - we don't want to scare the toddler - we want him to sleep

    Plays are staged as well. Television shows. Movies. The circus. Magic shows. It's all entertainment. It isn’t popular because anyone believes it is real.

    I agree with most of those - our circus are pretty real - but they are still lame

    But with the rest I would also choose the real deal over a staged one if I had the choice - it is actually also the primary reason bookmakers fight match fixing (apart from them losing money of course) but how many would bet or follow sports if it was widely known the scores and everything happening on the field was scripted - close to no one would be my guess - and sport isn’t entertaining in themselves - it is the unpredictable nature within them that makes it entertaining - where a movie for instance is something else — but yeah I know WWE is made for entertainment but that is what makes them lame in my opinion

    Don't mention the frogs - we don't want to scare the toddler - we want him to sleep

    Nobody sees pro wrestling as a sport in this country. It's a TV show/stage production. A serial drama aimed towards children and children at heart.

    Hulk Hogan revealed in an interview with Muscle and Health.

    “Hulk has a body ravaged by wrestling, his body is the body of a 140-year-old man with all the bumps and bruises through the years, and his recent neck and back surgeries have been harder to come back from,”

    Hogan had long been candid about the toll his lifestyle had taken on his body. During an interview with Logan Paul in 2024, the wrestler admitted, “I’ve had like 25 surgeries in the last 10 years. I’ve had 10 back surgeries, both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders, everything.”

    Never give up!  That's a MEGA MAN

    Yes you are right - but then the question is - why stage two dudes fighting ? There are a billion sports where people fight for real then let them watch that instead (if they have the urge) - then they also learn that a guy that just have a table beaten into his head doesn’t stand up mocking the person two seconds after (they are probably more thinking about their life choices no matter how many steroids they have in their body at the time of impact) —

    I couldn’t have come up with a more lame waste of my time - If anything make it two girls

    @Calde13

     1. Real fighting, in all forms, is popular here. We have already established this.

    2. By your logic, just the same, why would anyone watch a martial arts movie? Why was Bruce Lee popular. I can watch a real fight. Why watch movies about fighting.

    3. There are woman wrestlers. Again, we have your pubescent obsession with sexuality.

    4. Maybe you Danes are just dimwitted. Americans, even are children, are already well aware that if you hit someone with a table in real life, theycare likely to suffer potentially serious injury. It's fantasy. It's a TV show.

    And like any performer, in the moment, I am quite sure they are thinking about their performance. Not their life choices.

    Well you tell me why you would watch a movie about fighting cause I wouldn’t - I think it is cool when it is matrix style - because that is something I can’t see in real life - or in movies like gladiator etc, because those are historic events - else I would never see it - if fighting was the selling point and not just as a way of making the settings come to life

    It is actually the worst thing about Hollywood movies - like we are supposed to believe that Steven Segal etc. are supposed to save the world - yeah right

    This is where you are confused. You're comparing pro wrestling to real combat sports. It's more akin to you Matrix or Gladiator. It involves character development. An running storyline. Plot twists, villains, heroes, redemption arcs. It's a soap opera. Yes, central to the plot is a "wrestling" match. Wrestling is a simple plot device. Again, regardless of how many adults watch, wrestling is for the youth. And kids, and the young at heart, they aren't interested in Stanley Kubrick films. They like simple narratives.

    Game of Thrones for instance is the best violent show you guys have ever made - because it was more realistic than the normal shit you put out - everyone could die - and the opponents didn’t suddenly forget how to shoot when they saw Van Dammes blue eyes (a lot of Hollywood movies are so cringe it isn’t even worth watching - within 10 mins you can call how it ends - who fucks who and how their significant other finds out - who the bad guys are etc) - it is basically a waiting simulator to the movie catches up

    But Soap Operas are also an awful concept ! That is a lot of the reason Trump administration is getting so much international hate - because it feels like an American Soap opera we are forced to watch

    Golden Earring was the best thing to come out of the Dutch, it wasn't me for sure.  1/64 might cut it in the US for Pocahontas but not back in the homeland eh?

    I blame my great great great grand pappy for not keeping it screaming Viking all the way

    We do celebrate the Swedish Fish here in 'Merica

    But I am always trying to adjust to the thin skinned Americans I meet in here and on the internet in general - cause this shit is nothing compared to the shit Scandinavians give each other on a daily basis (if you lived here for a month you would fucking worship me like I was Jesus 2nd coming for being so polite and well mannered compared to the barbarians - if you hadn’t shot yourself - the first time one of us decided to give you our opinion)
