It's an easy cover.  OU could be in a down year, and still beat Utah St. by 40 pts.  That's just the way it is when you've got a team that is clearly superior to the other.  Bama, Florida, Texas, Neb, UGA, Oregon, and plenty of others will be in the same boat in week one.....playing at HOME against a clearcut inferior opponent.  OU is a master at smashing teams like Utah St.  They're certainly not the worst of the worst, but they'll be no match for this OU team.

I rather not. In football, I am about 20% on posted plays on Covers, including many "0-5", "0-9", "1-10", "1-9" runs. I think Vegas sees my pics and rigs the games against me.

One time I went 5-2 over 7 games where I had a bunch of parlays (3 team, 4 team and 5 teamers), all different combinations. I lost every single one of the parlays by precisely 1 game.

So it was something like:

A-B-C
A-B-C-D-E
A-B-C-F
D-E-G
D-E-F-G
B-C-F-G
A-D-E-F

I lost only A and G or something like that. It was the single worst possible outcome. The odds of that happenning was 128 to 1 against.

Why does everyone say I need to burn money when 95% of Covers is on OU, Texas and other heavy favs? I was on them until I found out Bradford, Tebow and McCoy were out. Didn't McCoy say he was coming back for one more year, just to win the Championship ?

When the college football season ends (especially one as horrible as last year), I stop followig everything. In fact, I stopped following way before the NC game. But weeks 1-4 have always been profitable for me betting heavy favs at home.

How is Texas going to cover 35 points without McCoy? Or Florida covering 35 points without Tebow ?

Did you happen to see the NC game? McCoy got hurt and Gilbert came in and played like a true vet. They should be fine, and still have some damn good athletes on that team. Florida plays one of the worst teams in the FBS, no need to elaborate.

Bradford is in but Adrian Petersen is QUESTIONABLE with ankle injury so tread lightly.

No matter how you dissect it, every game is 50-50 more or else. Else, Vegas would go bankrupt!!!

I just didn't want to jump on OU before finding out Bradford is out and then kick myself when OU fails to cover by 3 points because (lol) Landry Jones throws 4 interception, two of them in the endzone.
