Obviously we agree he's been in here too long, and quite unfairly. He shouldn't have been boxed in the first place. My point is that given the moderation around here, given how you and I are both viewed, either of us advocating for his release probably only hurts his cause.

I would also disagree that there is only one person on this site who leans left that has class. I would also posit that the beliefs of most regular posters on this site, on either side, are not so diametrically opposed. We are just in a very polarized place right now.

I'm always down to ride for you. I just know it will hurt your case more than help it. It’s the same with sundance. He has been my dude for like 8 years now. He never personally attacks anyone. He's never inappropriate. Yet somehow he has a short leash when there are some downright toxic posters "on the other side" that talk shit with impunity.
