Show me one post where i said the bill was not created and passed when the Republicans controlled both houses and the presidency?  I am not disputing that.  My point is that when the bill was passed, EVERY single democrat (except one I believe) voted FOR the bill.  Also, the democrats had more than ample opportunity to overturn the bill when they controlled both houses and the presidency, but they did SQUAT!  What does that tell me?  That the democrats and Obama are in favor of this bill.  More evidence, Obama's administration went after the poker sites (which a care a lot more about than the sportsbook closings) hard.  GWB and his administration NEVER went after the poker sites.

Secondly they attached it at the last minutes in the middle of the night, and the majority democrats didnt even know it was attached{yes both sides vote on bills without reading them}. So thats why the bill passed. These republicans who wrote the bill have been trying for years to get this bill passed without any sucess, thats why they attached it to the bill they know for sure would get passed.  So right there you should be blaming your right winger buddies.

As far as taking three years, it is not that Obama was giving us a break (are you really that dumb that you think that was what the delay was for?) you nitwit.  It is because that is how long it took them to build a case against the Poker sites and Sportsbooks.  The day Obama stepped into office part of his policy was to go after online gaming HARD.  And that is what he told his new administration, to start building a case.  Building a case doesn't happen overnight Einstein.  It takes time, sometimes years.
