How come we have Negro Universities but no so called White unis? Why is it so called minorities, people of color have access to beneifits of grants and scholarships on color alone and white folks don't. Because that would be considered racist. Oh! Look it up do some research, ask business owners. The most discrimated job applicant is the white male between the age of 30-45. So there is something the white male has to overcome. It may be small compared to other minorities but it is still an obstacle white males face.

The most portrayed black folks in America in terms of success either hold a mic or catch/shoot/run with a ball, so instead of the black youth trying to cure disease, feed the poor, et cetera, they are trained to believe there best chance of success is to become a rapper or sports athlete.

The #s don't have a break down of the educational background and history of each unemployed person. I am talking about EQUAL qualified applicants. White males are hired less than other minorities who have equal qualifications. Now why are some people less educated? Because of the lack of educational funding that some school districts have and the families that live in those districts do not have the chances of others. I am not better than anyone and I try and be as humble as I can. I don't want to preach the word of God here because many people don't want to hear it on a forum like this one. I have had obstacles in my life that I have overcome and still trying to overcome, some of them from my ignorance as a adolences. But my strength in my God is giving me a chance to live out HIS purpose for me. I don't see color. I see people who are all created by the same God.

There is a reason why there is only one black majority owner in basketball and football. The media frenzy over this is just playing on the public emotions for ratings which is sad and annoying.
