Why is this account not banned also mods? From my understanding creating aliases gets both accounts banned. Let’s keep the rules the same for everyone.

 You are boxed longer for using and creating aliases which is not allowed. When your suspension is over you can post in the promotions section given that you just advertised your own site being finished.
