The only rock bands I can think of that I actually owned CDs of are credence clearwater revival, guns n roses, slip knot, and korn. I like some pop, r n b and of course reggae, grew up listening to oldies also.
I hurt my back lifting weights. I was shooting for 400 pounds and I heard a pop sound. I knew I was fucked. Didn’t use proper form. Told my wife and everyone it was on the job. Now I got Vicodin.

I feel you on the back/nerve pain... I actually screwed my back up and had to have surgery for a slipped disc... was on pain meds and muscle relaxers for like a month... really fucked with my body...
I can qualify for medical now, especially because I stopped all opiates and only use THC for pain now...
OG kush is a good one for rest and sleep... great indica hybrid...I find that different strains help with pain and relaxation issue differently, so you might want to be selective....
I picked up another batch of "blue sky" today... really strong stuff...

but here is another thing that I used when I had some pain issues...
The angle behind this was that there was a study of "people that cussed or watched/listen to things with profanity" vs "people that did not cuss of watch/listen to thing with profanity"...
And it was found that people dealing with high level of physical pain manged it better when profanity was involved...
You can extrapolate the basic premise of the theory/study how you want... but what I did was watched a streaming channel of AVGN....
and I would get a high does of profanity... like for hours at a time when I was in alot pain...

dl...Nope…I’ve never heard of AVGN. I just googled it. Can’t believe I’ve never heard of it. I’ve been a gamer since I was 5 years old. Lovin the bob marley album. I’ve never heard that one before. It really put me at peace…you know. I had surgery awhile back for nerve damage. It took me almost six months to recover.
I don’t wanna go into details, but my nerves were all out of whack and the doc said he could fix it. I had some OG Kush in my stash box, so I knew it was perfect for my pain. Interesting study, I guess when we cuss it sends a signal to our brains and absorbs the pain somehow. Just like when we hurt ourselves we jump around to try and shake off the pain.
