Do you guys remember in last years CD summer newsletter I predicted the Commanders coming out of no where.

Who was terrible last year who could turn it around quickly? 

Does anyone's new coach and qb combo, alla Dan Quinn and Jayden Daniels raise any eyebrows?

Caleb Williams in his entire college career took only 8 snaps from under center. 

Ben Johnson as an OC last year called more plays from under center than any other team.

FYI, the Bears RSW total opened at 8.5

The juice on the under went to -130 shortly thereafter. 2 weeks ago it moved to -160.

Morning Boys!! I see i was under attack against the god and guns crowd. Nice read to come home to. Had very sporadic internet on a great 9 day sail. Made it all the way up and tucked into Georgian Bay for 2 days. Met a couple of boats loaded with divers paying big bucks for the privilege which I didn't even know that was a side hustle up that way. Lots of wrecks to explore in the bay. Nice to get away from it all. Ate, drank and learned a couple things on the trip. On the way back had to pull in twice for tornados that came across the lake. Crazy sh*t but I'm guessing climate change had a little to do with it. On a side note, have a future on Judge under 48.5 HRs and find him on the DL. So you say there's a chance . Never made a wager in 9 days but with 16 futures out you are in action anyway!!! Have Rooker over 33.5 that looks iffy now. Anyway, I'm sure one of the lads are going to step up by months end and start the 2025/26 chase for the Lombardi. Long live your Republic for which you stand!! To be honest tho with the way media is being taken to the woodshed your going to have to buck up shortly. May I suggest something along the lines of the French Revolution and take back what it is your supposed to stand for. Gotta believe some of your founding architects are rolling over in their graves. 

Regarding the HOF game, how 'bout them Chargers?

All eyes on the Lions, though. They still have last year's talent, for the most part and as far as I'm aware, but curious to see how they perform without last year's main coordinators. Dan Campbell doesn't strike me as much of an Xs and Os kinda guy.

Btw, yesterday was my birthday.

Btw pt 2, the last time the Chargers played in the HOF game was in 1994. They made it to the Super Bowl that year. (Their only appearance.)

They lost that HOF game to the Falcons, but they won against the Lions yesterday.
