Tennessee ! Absolutely fascinating but somehow not totally unexpected. GA State was 2-10 last year for God's sake and it's not like they reload through recruiting.

You start to wonder if high school players are now avoiding the SEC because of the seemingly impossible mountain to climb over Alabama and Georgia. 

Would you rather be Georgia's 4th string wide receiver or get a starting gig at Texas Tech or Okie State?

Everyone is barking up the wrong tree on this Sunday night game. Does anyone realize Houston fired a head coach with a 15-10 record after just 2 years? Who the hell do they think they are?

Never seen so much love for a 24 point underdog in my life. I don't think I've lost a bet yet, so this is the time to press, not when you're losing. Simple 1 unit wager on Oklahoma -23.5

I will be on Houston because Oklahoma's idea of fixing the defense is bringing in a guy who turned last years Ohio State defense into swiss cheese with much more talent than he has today.

Big D, I think a Bears ML w/the over parlay is a smart call tonite. Things will change as the season goes on, but in week 1 on a Thursday night, we have to bet the solid home team as a short favorite over the hype of a 6-9-1 team from a year ago.  peace_5  Sufficient points should be scored to cover the total even if it takes until the 4thQ.

I'm going to bet the Marshall Thundering Herd. I got them at +13. The line has bounced between 11 and 13 all week and anyway you slice it, those are weak numbers on the favorite.

Boise lost 3 starters during their game with Florida St. 

Boise turned the ball over 3 times despite recovering 2 of their own fumbles.

Frosh QB was sacked 5 times and hit bunches more. Even the coach said "I've never seen a kid get hit that hard and get back up as many times as him."

Let down and travel angles in effect as well. 

Plenty of points to play with here on a good mid major team in a good spot.
