You are out of your mind ABN. I am the one who admitted I was approached by touts and that was 8 months prior to being boxed. It has nothing to do with the reason why I am here. i was boxed in Feb 2008 and everyone knows I have no interest in being a tout. I hate touts, have been offered money countless times for my picks and have never accepted a penny. So shoot me!

Thanks for your input but my approach is the honest one. It is highly unlikely I will be on Covers for the 2009 baseball season so I don't need to kiss up to anyone because that's not who I am. Believe it or not, there are a lot of people who appreciate my insight here and I don't want to just quit in the middle of the season. You are right. +140 units last year and +74 units this year means I am not a good capper and you consider a capper who plays -160 favorites and hits 55% better than me. There's no due process here. You are a former mod. You know that if one mod throws a guy in the box other mods don't come to the rescue and undermine him. A Mod can do whatever he wants. I was never given a reason as why I am in the Box. I apologized countless times and was ignored. Let me ask you a serious question. Is a mod's job about making the site the best it can be or to hold a personal grudge and put his own agenda or feelings before the site's? You tell me how this site is better with me being willing to post content on a daily basis yet confined to the Box. What possible threat do I pose? I ask with the hope of getting an honest response.

For the same reason that people pay the Covers Experts yet such experts wouldn't outperform anyone in the top 200.You are right. Being in the top 99.5% means I am not a good capper and to answer your question, #1-59 charge a lot for their picks.

Unless GameHunter is also odomisthemob, GameHunter didn't start this thread.  I've never seen him start a thread like this.  The man should be able to defend himself when people talk shit about him.  That's the motherfucking truth.  I was never a big fan of GH in the main's but I admire his determination in the box.  He obviously feels like he's right about this.  Idiots acting superior to him all the time around here.  It's bullshit.

OK, honest response.  You do provide good content. You do make good picks as evident of your units won.  Being good at sports gambling is not enough.  It does not make you exempt from social rules on this site.  I do not believe it is one mod that is holding the key to your release.  The site is functioning fine, but I don't know if you remember some of the firestorms from last summer.  It is the drama that surrounds you, just like this thread and the way you attack ABN and GreyHound.  I know they may have jabbed you first, but you can't let it go.  I feel that some of the mods have taken it personally, because you choose to attack them when they don't react in a way that you feel was beneficial to you.  If it was a one time isolated innocent you would have been out of here many moons ago.  This was a series of events, you keep pointing to Feb 8th or whatever day as the turning point, but it is really about whole year before that.  That is as straightforward as I can type it.  I am trying to be as honest as possible.  I know you will not agree, but this is how I see it.

Appreciate the response Allbees. We don't necessarily have to agree. Yes, I remember the firestorms from last year, but if you've noticed, the only ones that haven't really let them go are the people in question. All the people who attacked me are either gone or have become allies. In addition, I don't consider it attacking a moderator when I express my views. I have never gone on ad hominem attacks or cursed them out. All I did was voice my opinion, albeit in the PBox. And why can't I defend myself from people like Greyhound and ABN when they espouse erroneous information?

While I understand what you wrote, 7 months in the Box is plenty enough compared to people who have egregiously attacked others and or made racial comments. In all honesty, wouldn't it make sense to be released to the main forums and warned that if I cause any problems in the main forums (all the things you are referring to took place in the PBox), it could lead to me being immediately? banned
