greeneyed devils posting sums it up pretty good...
Kats underrated defense will be jacked up for the home game, their consumption of the clock with a great running game will obviously give SJ less time and therefore play into the Kats style of D. Don't get me wrong, I would normally be on the side of SJ but not this game. home dogs only have a win rate of 37% but Kats are 5-2 ATS at home, coming off a nice win, gettng confidence, play a stronger conference than SJ so the numbers are skewed against them, SJ is 2-3 away, Kats are #2 in total yards against (Defense). Kats have a streak of 6 ATS wins. Enough variables to give me the gut feeling they will at least cover and a good chance of catching SJ in a moment of overlooking their opponent, you know, a little regression to the mean if you will. Sorry it was well after you posted.

Coondawg...appreciate the reply...hope it didn't hurt your "leather" too much tonight.
I agree that Greeneyeddevils weekly posts are a positive input for the forum but I personally need to look at injury reports & stats prior to agreeing on what one journalist writes-up.
Get your bank bank tomorrow...few solid plays on the board in the AFL

I must agree with you regarding the write ups you will see posted. Just didn't know how much you already follow the game. I prefer stats over household names myself.
Dead wrong on the Kats game...4 lost fumbles will kill any team...just a stab ...thought it would happen...gut was wrong this time.
I usually stick to the "predictable" matchups and leave it at that.
Home Favorite...but always looking for the underrated underdog.
