capping national team friendlies?

An of yall capping these friendlies today? Estonia - Phillipines today, Phillipines +400. Phillipines got absolutely demolished by Holland yesterday, but why are they so bad? When i watch the phillipine basketball level its really high level actually, and better than the average euroleague teams, and Estonia has trash players. Like really bad. 

The Philippines don't have their best players on the roster. A company, which owns these players, has allegedly prohibited them to join the national team. Hence, lack of preparation and incompetent roster.
