well, some off topic. If some remember i made a thread about how i got sick in 2019. Before being sick iv been having a good year every year, some bad streak but that dont last long i always bounce back.

Having a hard time since then, got a great month in 2020 august in 3 sports, a great 2 months in ncaab 2021. 

as soon as 2022 hits it goes bad and i havent reach what i accumulated. Goes back and forth. Still thankful i still got my roll but after that big hit in ncaab oct nov dec, i havent reach that again. 

Im having a short term memory loss my observation, i tend to keep peaking on what i read and cap, back and forth and back and forth most of the time, in the past i memorize that, and understand... now im slow to react, always late when i remember somethin.

health is wealth. Take care of yourself gentlemen.  

Not to depress anyone. But our body can recover if you do whats right. Side effects lingers. so far my sacrifice is drinking. Got it off. But a lot of bad discipline i have not.

Im tellin my kids in the past how to remember those important things by counting them when you leave home and back. Training em. And how to make em body built foundation as i am an active athlete myself from 9 years old until 2019. Exercise limited. I got lazy.

Now im the one who forgettin em. A lot of times.

Tend to important things, forget my wallet and car keys inside my car a lot of times that never happened in the past. Documents mispalced etc.

My sacrifice is not drinking for 3 years now. And thats it.

But im still kicking.
