Final of the African tournament.
Nigeria. They are the most offensive team in the tournament with 81.7 pp (they fit 75.7). Here are their results:
vs C.Marfil (78-77) -> 155 points
vs Mali (67-90) -> 157 points
vs Congo (77-83) -> 160 points
vs Cameroon (106-91) -> 197 points
vs Senegal (76-71) -> 147 points
They passed the line in all their encounters.
Tunisia. They average 70.0 pp and receive 56.7 pp.
vs Cameroon (68-51) -> 119 points
vs Rwanda (60-78) -> 138 points
vs Guinea (64-59) -> 123 points
vs Congo (81-60) -> 141 points
vs Morocco (52-60) -> 112 points
They did not beat the line in any match, although they were close in 2 of them.
Nigeria is a much faster and more physical team than Tunisia. They have 3 guys averaging double digits, and former Nba Ike Diogu recording 22.4 pp
Tunisia is a team with fewer figures, only 2 players average more than 14.0 pp, but they compensate with all players involved in the score. They register more attendances and they have better percentage in Fg.
What makes me lean over the Over, is not Nigeria's attack, which is very good, but its poor defense. Most likely here is that both exceed 70 points. As a negative point: that Tunisia plays at home and will tighten. But not even Senegal, a team that only received 48.3 ppg, was able to leave Nigeria below 75 points in the semifinals.
