So right now I am in a situation that I have always gone back and forth on. Here is the situation:
-As of right now I have the braves and the reds over 7.5 parlayed with stl cardinals ml (braves started at 7, stl starts at 8). At this moment it is 2-2 in the braves/reds game in the top of the second. I DON'T WANT TO TOUCH THE MONEY BUT, this parlay is to win a very sizable amount of money and I am considering taking the cubs (+116 ml, I really only consider doing this when the line is on the + side of things) in order to protect the second part of my parlay. This would guarantee I cannot lose money, but would also obviously take a portion of my profits away.
I am looking for anyone and everyone's thoughts on these situations. Do you all protect the second part of the parlay, and why do/don't you?
