I like SL as well, but eventually being pooled in with India, Australia, and West Indies scares me.  I think Australia is over-rated, as evidenced today versus Zimbabwe, but still, SL could very well finish 4th in that Super Eights pool.

Tell me again why you have the confidence in the Sri Lankans?

i'm going to be backing some outsiders in some of these matches, in a couple of warmup games, zimbabwe beat oz, afghanistan (since when does the taliban play cricket) beat semi pro Ireland.

Yeah, crazy.  But these warm-ups can be confusing and misleading.  Careful on the big underdogs.

I think Pakistan is motivated after their shame and subsequent IPL snub.  Should be a great match either way.

That acts as a natural hedge........If he gets out cheaply, India will win........If he top scores, they will more than likely win....
