Have this on DVR. Slowed down the slow motion.  His knee wasn't even close to being down when he caught it at the five. When his knee did hit right in front of the goal line the ball was over the goal line. The ball wasn't moving as he crossed, he had both hands on it.

In my opinion he had control as he crossed the line.  It was very close.
