NBL New Zealand Breakers v Adelaide 36ers

Not the first time either. Sixers were much shorter when the lost to the Wildcats earlier in the season when they lost to them in OT having a 7 point lead with 1 min left in the game

Something seriously wrong in Adelaide this season. I think the coaching staff forgot to tell them games go for 40min not 30min

love reading about those losing bets.

nz tab took about 50k on wanganui in the heartland rugby final up 27-3 at ht lost 28-27 with a last play try.

ouch! how do you guys find these stories?

Ouch!

What makes the one I mentioned a bit odd is that NBL is generally a very poor liquidity sport on betfair. You get plenty of games during the season where you will struggle to get a few hundy matched in the entire game let alone 9k.

Clearly someone was pretty bored on a Friday night and got burnt for it

The TAB usually sends out newsletters weekly with these kind of stories. Mostly about punters needing one more leg in a 15 teamer to cash some ridiculous amount.

Tonight I was just watching the market at and after HT. Saw someone was wanting to lay Sixers pretty big at around $1.08 at HT and it was gobbled up within a matter of seconds. Even at the start of the final quarter the Sixers were around the $1.10 mark to win the game and it was duly laid as well. Someone was pretty confident the Sixers were going to collapse in a heap or at least get them a decent run for their money

yeah nz tab does online newsletters with these stories
