If they played anyway and didnt make the 1st and goal they maybe let PITT inside their own 10 yd line and LVR will have 3 + mins to stop em and had 3 TO and the 2 min warning , instead they put 3 points on the board and kickoff a touchback to the 25 yd line . It was more comfortable for PITT to be there than being inside their own 10 ydl and they had the momentum of the game too

There is no doubt that it was a terrible call anyway .
