 Definitely , I don’t get these games. Maryland were blowing them up in first half. 

Like suddenly a team gets better in just 15mins break…. AND the other team forgets how to play basketball?

No. Many teams don't play full intensity once they get up. Its kinda natural

I felt that way about the over/under with Yale/Cornell yesterday. 95 points in the 1st half down to 75 points in the second half with under 10 points scored the last 4 minutes.

Basically one guy from Maryland beat Penn St. 

Both schools are bottom dwellers of Big10.
