William ran for the first down the official gave him the first down, picked up the ball and moved it back. The replay showed he had the first down no  challenge flag third and one the Bears get stuffed you can&rsquo;t make this shit up rigged you fucking tell me why would you put the ball down and then pick it up and move it back?
