Can run a strong 2000mtr and can do work at the same time.

Pierro has to be suspect over this distance as to the other of gai's Prosir.

And williams on board is a huge +.

Still having nightmares from him getting pinker home last year. Had Jimmy going for a fortune last year.

 

Yes mate. Cant have OP at this stage. Only got into a few of the runners though. ATH could be in my quin as im sure he will run it out. Is he seasoned enough? Great trainer and know hows to look after horses rather than run the shit out of them like Gai does. Ethiopa is one im looking at for a roughy but not sure he will get a run or not. I do think field should be limited to 10 max. Wonder if Aces champion will get a run?

I do like Green Moon also,should sit just off the pace and be difficult to beat

I can't decide on Pierro's chances

Rekindled Plod should have won the Cox Plate last year,old mate Efficient and King's Rose crash tackled him into a sandwich nearing the home turn,still got up to run a close 3rd.

With Proisir I thought he should of won the spring champion to be a chance in the cox. Although the weight relief would make up for a few lengths. Ok I might add him into my quin thoughts. Feel there is value this year to be had especially with GM being 9/2 at the moment. I hope he draws wide......I mean that....better being out there then cramped up on the fence with the weight he will have.

If ATH pulls up well after the cox love to see him go round in the Derby, He would give it one hell of a shake

I could of sworn they were going to scratch Sincero, He proved last start he couldn't run 2000m. Waste of space as is Linton, Happy Trails, Southern Speed and Rekindled Interest  In fact i think they should bring Helmet back from overseas to take RI spot

The more i look at pierro's runs the more Im sure it cant run 2000mtr in this grade.

Agree Proisir has untapped ability but for mine after watching it race it is on running truly. Hanging and uncomfortable in its action. Big ask to win a cox plate in its first prep.

Shoot Out. Won a derby and couldnt quicken in donny under that weight. I like it over 2000mtr and will def go into my quin.

ATH. this has me scratching my head. Unbeaten in melb. Jumped out last time. Def peaking at the right time. Have to put it in now.

Ethiopa. I just have a real feeling for this horse. I just wished it had 1 more run going into it. But at the odds im going to put it in as well.

Pierro....Ok mate all of it wins have been done get easy runs. Even the slipper they ran the something like the 10th slowest first 600 mtr and it sat on the fence doing no work. All of the wins as a 2 year old were walkathons. The one time there was pressure it got beat. Who by? ATH. Now ATH is $10. What type of pressure will there be in this Cox Plate? Like every Cox from the 800mtr its on for young and old. Remember he will be leading or pushing for the lead early and then do another run. As of now it hasnt made 2 runs in race except for the the time he got beat. Lucky just the way I see the race through my eyes. Im in no way saying it cant win. But I cant back him myself.
