What happened?  I thought is was going to be a close series because the NBA wanted it that way.  All that lost revenue.  A game 7 would have been as popular as the finals will be.  Vegas must have called and changed the script.  Can they do that?  Who has the final say? Is it Vegas on the NBA?  Or is it the refs?  Do the refs work for Vegas or the NBA?  This is as confusing as the Kennedy assassination.
