Well, I am buddies with Nolan Thiessen so I wish him well in this tournament. Meanwhile, I will be betting on him in many of the games I'm sure...

Btw, I am going to be disciplined and try to stay away from totals this week. They always kill me and I'm not sure why. If you want to play totals, follow beamjim.

Nothing fancy for draw 1, hitting the three big favorites.

Alberta -1.5 -138, 4 units
Manitoba -1.5 -102, 2 units
Newfoundland -1.5 -123, 2 units

North Ontario and NWT should be the weakest in this tournament so my plays are based on that. Will be back later for Draw 2.

Well, I deposited some $$ into bet365 and the line on Manitoba is still only -185. So....

Add:

Draw 1

Manitoba -185, 2 units
New Brunswick +109, 1 unit

Also a nice opportunity for free money as Pinnacle has BC +235 and Bet365 has Manitoba -185. I don't have enough cash in either book to really make it worthwhile though...

Sorry, should have posted that one earlier as the -1.5 has been pounded to -230. Crazy movement on these games...

I can't believe the arb opportunities between Pinny and 365. Ontario is -250 and 365 and Quebec is +387 at Pinny.

Played the overs...like the picks for draw 8...I've been mostly focused on the totals

Ugh. What a horrible loss in the BC/Alberta game. 8 points through 5 and then only 4 points through the last 5 to lose the over...
