Well, it evened up at the end to be fair to the Lions, but the same old, same old Brisbane fade at the end killed them. A give-away goal to Power in the center forward in the final 10 minutes was a complete shocker.

Its a tough game. I think the bulldogs deserve favourtism but am thinking of taking the swans plus the points, probably +18 or +24. I expect another close game between these two and a 3-4 goal head start is IMO worth the risk.

Just took Cooney over Kirk, most points.
Last time they met, Cooney kicked five goals. Tonight, the midfield run should belong to the Bulldogs, especially with the Swans banged up. Cooney has more goals and behinds on the season and should, all things considered, have more points at the end of the night than Kirk.

St. Kilda HT/FT
Williams has been talking down the youth movement going on at Port right now in favor of giving his senior players something to still go out there and play for. However, he has mentioned that his young ones are very excited for 'opportunities that may arise' this weekend.
Translation: Williams will be subbing on the younger ones for more time than he lets on.
The Saints are too up and down for me to be too keen on them locking down the 1st Quarter, so I am jumping on the HT/FT double. This should ring in without too much trouble.

I'll tell you, these history trends in the AFL is something awesome. 11 of the last 12 between Saints/Power have been won by the Power. Even on years when it is very lopsided the other way, the trend sticks and lingers, even if the final result doesn't hold true at the very end.

This would have cashed. D%$#!!!!!!!!!! Just couldn't put $$$ against me Swans though. 113-97 Final. 16-point margin.
