Canadiens 10 straight OT wins in a playoff season. They lost their 1st then won 10 straight on their way to a 16-4 playoff run to win the cup. Won 11 straight too after losing their first 2 games of the playoffs. Fking insane. I remember that. Last time a Canadian team won it all lol

If I’m reading this correctly, buffalo is the play for tomorrow?
No ,no no. Nothing to do with a play. Just posting because it is crazy it happened. This was 1993 when the Candiens won 10 straight OT games. I was just doing some research and got reminded of how crazy it is.
If anyone has any other playoff records for a season post them just because its playoff time.
Also Gretzky with 47 points in 18 games

I remember that well! what a crazy run that they had after dropping their 1st 2 games in Quebec (a Nords team with Joe Sakic, Mats Sundin and Owen Nolan), then sweeping the Sabres-it seemed like John LeClair scored every one of his goals in OT lol; that record and the Gretzky playoff points record will be not likely be broken.... here is another record that will be very hard to beat in this era-99 penalty minutes in a post-season by the infamous Dale Hunter-he had 731 career playoff PIM again unbreakable now in my opinion; 2nd all time is Chris "Knuckles" Nilan with 541 PIM slugging it out for the Habs and Rangers back in the 80s!

What about the 2014 Kings? They won 7 Playoff elimination games just to make the Stanley Cup Finals.( They were down 0-3 in the first round against the Sharks as well.) They would win the Cup in 5 games that year against the Rangers to finish the job...Amazing run.
I believe the Islanders won 8 elimination games in the 1975 Playoffs but they did not win the Stanley Cup that season
