No team in NHL history has come back from more 3-1 series deficits than
the Canucks who have done it three times. Overall, the Canucks are one
of 12 NHL teams that have rebounded from 3-1 series deficits. Teams
that have done it twice are the Red Wings, Oilers, Wild, Canadiens,
Islanders, Penguins, Blues, and Capitals while the Kings, Devils and
Leafs have each accomplished the feat a single time.

GL to you as well bro. Luongo plays like this and Nucks stay out of the box we are in big trouble. I fully expect to see a game 7 on Thursday.
Thanks and GL to you too. no doubt hawks are a great team. it's been frustrating to like a team that has more potential than they've shown. it's good to see canucks in their better form. i like their odds too going home with some momentum. BOL everybody!

It will be a great game tuesday night. But the only credit for this win comes down to 3 things.
1) Vancouver Defense - they came out strong and bound and determined to keep traffic and rebounds away from their net and Luongo. Lets be honest Luongo maybe made 1 or 2 great saves. Chicago mised 4 or 5 open nets and you could just see the hawks were gripping their sticks instead of playing with momentum. Think nerves got to them.
2) Big Buff was trying to dangle....do me a favour Buff and get out front of the net and let Kane and Toews do this. He was non existent lastnight. Don't even remember hearing his name until he took 2 dumb penalties.
3) 1st goal of the game. Weak goal allowed by Niemi, and from there on Vancouver carried the momentum the rest of the game and did a good job of keeping it.
I am confident that Luongo will see bodies next game and Coach Q will have his guys ready for the next game. Momentum is huge in a series with two great teams. But Chicago will come out flying next game!!

there is something about chicago that people in vancouver hate. we hate the way your team plays hockey, we hate getting our asses kicked, so you in general unnerve us. but tonight, my boys will be playing for their lives, so you better keep cheating or else it's coming back to the city of glass bitches.
What cheating man, Vancouver players are just stupid taking dumb penalties you can whine that the Hawk player dived into the net the other night like the weiners at CBC but seriously dont push the guy in the first place you wouldnt have had a problem.

it just seems like the officiating has been terrible this whole series. lots of missed or bad calls. oh well, nhl reviews possible goals, but not possible penalties which could result in goals. maybe that should change, maybe not.
