thanks guys!  i don't usually post my picks; prefer to quietly see what everyone else is on and then make up my own mind.  but tonight, i really think it'll be a different game than wednesday.  canucks typically never lose more than 3 games in a row, especially at home. (best home ice record in nhl)  i also believe they will win the most faceoffs and win the small battles for the puck.

hey, congrats hawks fans.  at least the over was dominant the whole game....   this series has been a matter of defensive intensity.  chicago has it, vancouver doesn't.  i can't help but root for the home team.

those black stars are from dicking around with the league champion contest on baseball.  it doesn't reflect the $ i wager.
that said, canucks will be playing for their lives tonight and call me a homer, but i think they win it.

Vancouver has the talent to win if they can keep out of the box with the dumb penalties. I mean, come on, is it really necessary to do all that roughing and cross checking. Giving two free goals to the opponents is like gift wrapping them the game before it even starts. Why bother to show up at all if you're going to do that. Just stay home and mail in the series. Aside from those two freebies the game was 4-4 and basicly even in the 5 on 5 play.

there is something about chicago that people in vancouver hate.  we hate the way your team plays hockey, we hate getting our asses kicked, so you in general unnerve us.  but tonight, my boys will be playing for their lives, so you better keep cheating or else it's coming back to the city of glass bitches.
