the fact that they base suspensions over the condition of the injured player shows they have no idea what they are doing and are just making it up as they go. there is no structure or clear indication what is a suspendible offense and what isnt.

I could see the hawks putting a hurting on phoenix before this ruling. Now this adds fuel to the fire. Add to it that the Yotes are not a strong road team and Toews is back in. -150 looks good to me
