The Devils will be without their superstar Jack Hughes however I believe the odds makers have over-reacted a tad in setting the number on this game. The Black-Hawks will be going with their backup goalie Soderblom, who is terrible, so I think the Devils still can put up enough offense to win this game. I believe

The Devils - 125  == 3-way   shows some value.

Tonight I'm going to ride the hot team and fade the struggling team. The odds seem fair so I'm keep it simple.

Lightning + 135   The Leafs are a fade for me until they can show some signs of life.

Canucks even     You don't get much hotter than the Canucks. They are playing a great brand of hockey at the present moment, which has made me a bunch of $$$. I'll keep riding the train until it slows down.

One caveat. I spoke to about 50 people today and not one of them liked the Oilers chances tonight. That's usually not a good sign.

I don't love anything today, but I'm waiting for goalies to be confirmed before I make a wager.

I'm going with the Over 6 goals -115 in the Kings-Golden Knights game. I'm relying on the fact that these 2 teams seem to always play rather high scoring games when facing each other. I believe the last 10 games they played (against each other) have gone over 70% of the time.

It's a big card yet I can't find any real edge in tonight's games. I forced a bet yesterday and paid the price with a loser. I will say this I was all ready to take the Wild tonight until it was announced that the Rangers were starting Domingue in goal. It drove the odds down to the Rangers - 110 which is crazy. They would be laying about  - 150 if both goalies weren't injured. At this price I'm forced to take a shot with the Rangers. No NHL goaltender is worth 40 points IMO. I'm off to MSG to watch the results.
