NHL may cancel LGBT 'Pride' nights as growing number of players refuse to wear rainbow gear

Good.. enough with the nonsense.. some parents feel they cant take kids to a hockey game because they have to explain to them what pride month is .. let the children grow up with pure minds and when they have developed enough to make adult decisions, they can decide if theyre gay or not. All this brainwashing is sickening. 

and im not anti gay, i dont care what anyone likes.. but dont push your agenda to innocent children. No other league has pride month like NHL has

Im scared for my kids and grandkids generations. The pussification of this once dominating country has turned soft in many aspects. Everyone walkin on eggshells for fear of offending someone is straight ridiculous. Notice how comedies cease to exist anymore? Cant offend anyone, espicially fat, disgusting women. Shallow hal wouldnt even make it to the big screen today. If i offended anyone, tough shit. Tired of this shit being thrown in my face. Its my choice if i dont wanna be woke.  Trump indicted in NY today, for trying to stop a porn star from blackmailing him. This country is doomed when the powers that control the US, can interfere with a legitimate former President's election run. It's totally disgusting. I spent 6 years in the military for this?? What the hell was I fighting for?

I figure whatever floats your boat everyone has the right to pursue their own happiness but no one should be forced to embrace someone else's beliefs.

Keep it out of sports. It's ridiculous & is clearly an agenda being pushed on players (and, therefore, fans). I have nothing against anyone's sexual preference, do whatever the fuck you want, I have gay friends and they're just.....people. All this does is push for separation between "us" and "them" and starts to try and define people solely by their sexuality. It's absolutely unnecessary and as someoen else said, it also creates scenarios where kids attending are asking "what's pride mean?" and the awkwardness of having to explain.....it's just not at all something I think sports should be promoting.

I am supportive of the gay community.

At the same time, pride jerseys have nothing to do with the game, teams, or the NHL. Unless the players overwhelmingly want to wear pride jerseys to make a statement, which it doesn't sound like they do, I have no idea why the teams, or NHL would even introduce the idea of pride jerseys. No other professional league is doing this. I am not sure what sexual preference and lifestyle has to do with the game of hockey or the individual teams? Bad decision and idea by the NHL. I respect the players that voice their opinions and do not want to wear the jerseys. They should not be forced to. Maybe the jerseys should be optional for players that want to rep them, and those that don't want to can wear the standard jerseys?  NHL should just get rid of the night and jerseys in my opinion. 

I do think I heard about the Tampa Rays in MLB doing something similar last year with a patch on the jersey maybe? A few players refused to wear it. Respect players for voicing their opinions on the issue and standing up for beliefs. 

"WOKE" religion always tries to outdo itself. They can never go too far, in brainwashing your children or indicting former presidents. It's just what they do.

Protect your children folks! They are the ones who will shape our society and for that it is our responsibility as parents to raise them

like we were raised. This is a slow gradual brainwashing agenda to weaken the Western World and bring it down. China, Brazil, Russia and some

of the other countries are going to be the next super power in term of wealth, power, economy, agriculture....etc.

To bring down the West is purely all done by design, they are running it down in the ground on purpose.
