Hello All - I have not been posting my selections lately because the selections I was posting were not hitting and I am not a fan of giving out lousy information. However I have been on top of my NHL action and having a great year – I just wanted to offer some thought for tonight:
FOR TONIGHT - the board is way too heavy on Detroit - yes they are the obvious choice; but 90% of the time I see the board THIS heavy on one side - the other side hits. Being a Sabres fan has nothing to do with my observations as I wager with my Head and not my heart. There are several other reasons to lean on the Sabres tonight and I feel they will get the job done here tonight.
Regarding the Canadians - DON'T jump off MTL just because they will not be bringing their full line-up of all-stars. This is one really bad Ottawa team playing against a DEEP Montreal Team that should win by 2 or more regardless of the line-up they put out there tonight.
The Kings have nothing to lose the rest of the way and you will see them playing wide open hockey. The Flames are trying to find themselves and all the pressure they are self-inflicting will not mesh well with a loose and relaxed Kings team. This game feels like a big-time OVER with a small lean on LA at a big number.
Good Luck ALL. I am ready for some playoff action!
