First off i hate him on so many levels. He talks about the same shit every day and knows nothing about sports at all. Some caller today was complaining about why he couldnt talk about the canadiens penguins game 7. His response: lets see it got a 1.1 rating. NOBODY cares. I could run around naked and get a 1.1 rating. There are only 2 good players in the sport.. And on and on. It was awful. It pissed me off.  Its not just hockey dissing but im posting this in here because thats what he went off on today. All he talks about is rating for every sport. Hes a joke

Same thing in Massachusetts is pissing me off here 98.5 the sports HUB only knows Football and Baseball. They would never talk NHL when I called to try and talk NHL they would not put me on. Now that the Bruins are in the playoffs they are all over the Bruins nuts and only talk Bruins now. Which pisses me off beyond all means cause they don't know boo about the sport and they all sound like a bunch of babbling idiots.  I can't stand it and its sad cause they are basically the only sports talk radio around here, unless you go to even worse A.M radio. God I wish I had the portable device for my Sirius radio. Oh and by the way the chick in your Avatar is smoking who is she?

The chick is jenn sterger. Google her...... Ok but at least they are attempting to talk bruins hockey now. Ill take a bandwagon over nothing. Point is cowherd only talks about football and maybe some nba during the playoffs. He looks soley at the ratings. Fucking hockey is on versus now. Its a shit channel. As for football ratings being so high... shouldnt a sport that plays once a week ALWAYS have great ratings. ROFL business decision. I am sick of people making excuses for that bum. I'm not sure if you would want the bandwagon people talking about Hockey cause like I said they know nothing and its god awful to have to listen to these idiots talk it. And yes football has amazing ratings cause they only play 16 games and there on once a week on a Sunday when pretty much everyone has the day off and like I said they only get to see there team play 16 times unless they make the playoffs. So I would hope that they have great ratings. If hockey only had 20 games I'm sure they would be doing better ratings.  The other day when Montreal was playing Washington game 7 on versus it did a 5.5 rating here in Massachusetts crushing the Red Sox game the same night which did like a 2.3. And trust me here in Massachusetts everyone is about the Red Sox and the Patriots then the Celts, Bruins get no respect, but the one good thing about the Bruins is that the real fans are the good true great fans.

they do the same shit in Philadelphia, too, on sports talk radio - - they make fun of hockey fans and don't field many hockey calls.  it could be the stanley cup finals and they'll be talking about football mini-camps.  whatever.  if you can't appreciate what an amazing sport hockey is, then you are just an ignorant dope.

I think most of these sports analyst just start talking shit about hockey because they no absoluting nothing about the sport.  So for them to get by on air, they resort to talking shit to try and make a smudge of sense, and I guess there are plenty of Americans that fall in with this idea of hockey

This is not true.  the nature of my job allows me to listen to the radio all day.  You are incorrect; 98.5 has talked Bruins since the inception of the radio station.  Bruins finally have some momentum here.  Fans are really excited and it shows by the tv ratings.  They have beat both the sox and celts in the past few weeks.

it is on a local FM channel but you can also listen online live if you want

Well he doesnt need to have asshole like responses where he just brings up the ratings as to why he doesnt discuss. He is so bad.

Yes greenberg can be a tool but i  actually like mike/mike because they can be entertaining and funny. I like just listening to them for some reason. They can be dumb but not arrogant and ridiculous like colin cowherd

Hockeycentral at Noon - 2 hour program (radio & TV) - Broadcasted by SportsNet

TSN's Thats Hockey - Good indepth Hockey info with good analysis

We are spoiled up here in Ontario.  I was in Ohio last weekend and I could not even get any playoff games on TV!  I had to watch off the web.........wtf!
