Does anyone actually believe ticket, food, and advertising sales for few home games pay for all those multi-million-dollar salaries for players and people working for the organization?

@jpot34
I certainly hope not. I personally don't not believe the loss of Baker Mayfield should net 3 points in the 2H of a game that saw 38 in the 1H.

@phillies73
There's money on both sides. The NFL is merely a bad product now because no one plays in the preseason and no one practices anymore. Teams are full of stupid players, bad coaches, and analytics determine what they do most of the time. Dallas was stupid for not kicking a field goal with 3 minutes left in the game.

Some good comments in here. Saying its rigged puts in some people's minds that both teams are in on it.
They dont have to be. The games are massaged in the direction they want it to go by referree calls and no calls. There's no dispute in my opinion, its so obvious to see. They tried to do it very obviously in the Denver/KC game but Denver would not be denied and so KC lost again. But make no mistake, the calls came at the pivotal moment to help KC get that last drive.
I saw people talking about the CLE/LV game going under bc they punted from the 30. I actually dont see a conspiracy there for the under. There was only 59 secs left up 14, and LV could do literally nothing on offense. Why kick a long fg with a guy who's not a great kicker? The options were go for it or punt and there was 0 chance of them losing. That one is easily explainable

In my 50+ years of sports gambling, have seen it all, unusual plays and bad beats, the only thing that is annoying is the bad calls by the refs- anything questionable should be sent to review as they can such as Kelce’s touchdown in the first quarter, which was nullified by a facemask which was fictional

IMHO, Denver not being denied had nothing to do with it. The orchestrated last drive was for entertainment purposes only. How many thousands of times have we watched the last drive determining who covers????? The winner has already been decided depending on where the money lies. Add this one to the mix. Don't get me wrong, the public money wins also. That's what makes this hobby so difficult. Difficult in most cases to figure out the script.

@Cowbeagle
You really think these refs can be this bad on a decades basis. Do you think maybe they are paid to do what they're told? They are being paid by the NFL and who knows who else.

Objective analysis is independent of result, so yes I'd be typing with one hand while counting cash with the other.
