Card pretty much set. Just eyeing 1-2 more. Following SD injury report, might buy off of the pick.

    @DoctorSuccess

    1. No. I am not a communist. It is a nice idea - but not realistically possible to implement.
    2. You can't make "America Great Again". America isn't a subject. America (USA) is a combination of people who are Americans and the Governing body.... Take a good look around you - what do you see? Do you see anything that is near greatness. Look at yourself - just came from Vegas  - a degenerate gambler calling yourself a name that will make up for all your failures in life - Doctor Success.... I am not saying this to upset you. I am just trying to open your eyes so you can first acknowledge the problem that the commercial use the so called Businessmen took of America has driven USA to where it is. No real education for masses, racial division.... BS is recognized as the truth with winking, look at who are your presidential candidates... Give me a break, communist....

Getting really frustrated going on majority of threads and still arguing about the national anthem or presidential candidates. I understand you americans are frustrated with the current situation, but can we please keep these threads football related? I usually come here on suma's thread and enjoy reading arguments and discussions through out every game, but this ^

For one, it WAS sarcasm. Anyone with an IQ over 50 can see that. Secondly shut up. You look dumber with each post. Keep your garbage out of here. Create your own thread.

Good luck today Suuma. The card looks solid.

    Summa:

Much respect over the years but you've got to really ease up on the Chargers overall...since your pre-season belief they would easily win over 8 games...this organization and team are in a free-fall...including bad luck...as of today, I don't love the Raiders in home games but the Chargers secondary is completely weakened and the Raiders passing game is improving by the game...

You lament their D but Indy and NO had no problem scoring at will on them-even with out the injuries in the back, it was average at best

The Raiders defense is settling down and SD's OL couldn't open holes for Gordon or give Phillip much time...their season ending 2 weeks ago and they compounded it last week which also shows major confidence issues..

I think an important variable and the Lions supporters here on Covers have it as mostly their reason to take the Lions is "Short Home Dog = Sharp Bet, trap line, squares will lose".

While that is mostly true the factor is - squares win too. A lot % actually - if they didn't Vegas would not be in business, they need the squares to win, to stay in the game. Square $ management and stupid prop bets are also what does the squares in, everyone actually...

Ticket count and support show lots on the Eagles today but heavy sharp money from less tickets is keeping this line where it is.

The question is do the squares win this one? I think so.

Also who's not to say that in recent years with so much info and internet and stats that there are not more sharp bettors/sharp $ coming in and that the Vegas cash cow now a days is beating the sharps, the squares representing much less of the % $ action then they used to?

I seem to recall in the 80s and 90s overall higher lines in the NFL >= 7.5 more frequently. I could be wrong....

"Get a clue" he says.  The lions without ziggy and Levy are horrible defensively.  The lions have a bad run game. The eagles haven't let up a passing TD and Lions are one dimensional.  Sure philly could lose it's the NFL.  But this one is a gift.

Added Rams +100 (1.5u). Might add another 0.5 at +3.

Pending lean is Dallas. No time today, BOL everyone!

    SF TT Under 19.5 -110
    PHI -3 -105
    DEN U48 -115
    SD +4 -110
    LA +100 (1.5u)
    BAL -4 -110
    GB O47.5 -110

Eagles/Lions biggest sharp vs. public game on the board. Let's see if the sharpy beat me

Are you dumb? Problems of comprehension? May be some major ADD? FadeOrDie actually warned against betting the Eagles. Same as Phixer did and cashed on the Lions. What are you talking about?

Awful week for me at 2-5, sorry for those who tailed. We will get them back soon!

I don't want to complain about losses, garbage like that PI call on TNF just happens over and over again. I can live with a bad week, fortunately I bet flat. Also putting faith in Case Keenum & Jeff Fisher - my fault. But kudos to FadeOrDie on the Eagles game here.

Eagles penalties: 14. Lions: 2. 14-2!! I mean the Lions only committed two penalties all game? 14 on one team can happen, but only two on the other? Lions were averaging 9.75 penalties per game. I just happened to be on the wrong side of that "bad officiating". Everyone who says this is bullshit has to open his eyes:

-It started with two CLEAR holdings not called on the DET OL (Decker & Robinson) on their first drive with refs having a straight view on it. Drive ended in a TD.

-On 3rd down, Theo Riddick obviously comes a half yard short of the first down, but the refs place the ball on the first down marker so that Eagles have to take a challenge.

-Two or three plays later the next clear holding just in front of the referee.

-During the two-minute drill, they call a chop block on Sproles, which was the biggest joke ever. Prove me wrong, but he blocked him in the gut area.

-During the two-minute drill, the Eagles convert a 2nd & 25 for a first down with a pass to Matthews, but refs throw a LATE flag and call DEFENSIVE player Connor Barwin "illegally downfield". Just WOW! They noticed they went too far and rescinded the penalty. How did they do that? They reviewed the catch, called it a catch and a fumble and totally IGNORED the penalty on Barwin given before. They just ignored it. You can't find that penalty in the play-by-play. They did everything possible so that Eagles don't score a touchdown.

Eagles outgained the Lions by 1.7 yards per play, but you can't overcome 2-14 on penalties. And while some penalties were right without a doubt, it was an obvious job by the refs. As Phixer said, "there are some vegasized games on the board". I was just stubborn.

Okay, enough of the crying, on to MNF & week 6. Wishing you a good week fellas.
