taking under 19.5 first half is a sucker bet truck but overs will hit in the 2nd half

Truck, i'm a sucker for overs and I will not even attempt to take an over on Prime Time Games this year. I think the last over to hit was the Week 4 Thursday night game between Detriot and GreenBay. I think only 2 games in prime time have gone over this year.....

Carolina is just a dead nuts under team right now.  Very bad offense with poor OLine and no weapons.  But a defense that is getting much better.
